Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Strategic Programme Managers to provide an excellent service to our clients and key stakeholders both inside and outside the organisation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for technical matters for our clients.
  • Inform and train clients in the products proper use to enhance the customer experience and improve satisfaction.
  • Cooperate with the SLT to refine the sales process and ensure customer loyalty.
  • Address all product-related queries in a timely manner.
  • Analyse and Report on product performance and data to provide insights to drive business growth and optimize performance.
  • Identify solutions to reduce support costs.
  • Analyse customer needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in technology to provide proactive recommendations.

Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Strong technical background with experience in sales of tech/communications or similar organisation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data and draw actionable insights.
  • Strong problem-solving skills to address client challenges and find innovative solutions.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving customer success.
  • Experience in relevant languages such as C++, C#, Javascript.
  • Experience using Azure and GIT.
  • Unity experience.
  • Actively able to communicate at a technical level to interpret customer requirements.
  • Ability to define, documents and execute projects.
  • Technical background with hands on experience in digital technologies.
