Microsoft Metaverse Partner. Delivering immersive virtual reality and mixed reality
experiences and secure cloud platforms for multi-user applications through its VERTX
platform, VISR has formed key client relationships within the education, energy, medical
and defence sectors. A diverse portfolio of clients that have worked with VISR to take their
first steps into the metaverse.
Work closely with the Strategic Programme Managers to provide an excellent service to our clients and key stakeholders both inside and outside the organisation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for technical matters for our clients.
Inform and train clients in the products proper use to enhance the customer experience and improve satisfaction.
Cooperate with the SLT to refine the sales process and ensure customer loyalty.
Address all product-related queries in a timely manner.
Analyse and Report on product performance and data to provide insights to drive business growth and optimize performance.
Identify solutions to reduce support costs.
Analyse customer needs and suggest upgrades or additional features to meet requirements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and goals.
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery of solutions.
Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in technology to provide proactive recommendations.
Essential Skills, Knowledge and Experience
Strong technical background with experience in sales of tech/communications or similar organisation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to analyse data and draw actionable insights.
Strong problem-solving skills to address client challenges and find innovative solutions.
Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and driving customer success.
Experience in relevant languages such as C++, C#, Javascript.
Experience using Azure and GIT.
Unity experience.
Actively able to communicate at a technical level to interpret customer requirements.
Ability to define, documents and execute projects.
Technical background with hands on experience in digital technologies.
Qualifications
BSc Degree in Computer Science or Relevant Field (Preferred)
